ProLon Winter 2026 Guide: Planning Your 5-Day or Reset Around the Holiday Calendar

ProLon Winter 2026 Guide: Planning Your 5-Day or Reset Around the Holiday Calendar

Open your calendar to November and December 2026 and count the truly empty weeks. Office parties, family dinners, a long weekend away, the leftovers that stretch into January. For a program that asks you to eat only what's in one box for five days straight, that count matters more than which soup you pick.

This MollyReviews season guide is about timing and setup: how to plan a ProLon 5-Day or a one-day Reset around the colder months, what to have in the cupboard, how delivery and returns work from the European store, prolon.eu, and what the soups and add-ons cost in euros as of October 19, 2026.

Check with your doctor first. ProLon describes its 5-Day as a low-calorie diet. Its start commitment says it should not be used by anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, underweight, or allergic to nuts or other ingredients, and that people with a diagnosed condition or on prescription medication should use it only with a medical professional's approval and supervision. This guide covers planning, products and policies only; it makes no claims about effects on the body.

Why the Winter Calendar Matters More Than the Menu

The 5-Day is built as five consecutive days. Each day has its own box, and the brand says you can eat that day's items in any order, but you shouldn't carry food over to the next day. The FAQ says you return to normal eating on day 6.

In practice, that means five days with no restaurant dinners, no tasting menus and no "just one mince pie." So the planning question for winter is simple: which five days can you protect?

A Winter 2026 Planning Map

That's general planning advice, not a recommendation to use the program. Whether and when to do it is a conversation for you and your doctor.

Warm Bowls for Cold Evenings

If there's a season that suits a soup-based kit, it's this one. The soups arrive as dry mixes in sachets, so a dark November evening can still end with a bowl of soup. The Reset 1-Day Kit, for example, lists a Tomato Soup Mix and a Butternut Squash Soup Mix, alongside nut-based bars, an Almonds & Kale Cracker, sea-salt green olives and caffeine-free herbal teas.

The 5-Day comes in six menus: Original, Variety 2, Variety 3, Variety 4, Next Gen and Next Gen Expanded Variety. If you're planning a winter start, pick the menu when you order; you can't swap soups between boxes later. Herbal teas are part of the kit, which is welcome when the heating is on and you want something warm in your hands.

Order Before You Need It

Prolon.eu ships with UPS. Its shipping policy says orders go out "within a reasonable time" and doesn't give a fixed delivery window, and we didn't find any published holiday cutoff dates. That's the case for ordering well ahead of your chosen week, especially in December.

  • Free shipping on orders from €149. Any 5-Day kit clears it on its own.
  • Storage: most items are labelled "store in a cool, dry place," so a winter delivery can wait in the cupboard. The olives should be refrigerated once opened, and the supplements kept dry and below 25°C.
  • Right store: prolon.eu serves European countries without their own national ProLon store. The UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and several others have separate shops.
  • Payment: the cart offered Shop Pay, including an option to pay in four installments.

The One-Day Option for Busy Months

If December has no five free days, the brand offers a smaller format. The Reset 1-Day Kit is one box for one day, which ProLon positions for a 5:2 intermittent fasting routine. The Original and Varieties were €39 (down from €49), and the Next Gen varieties €44.99 (down from €54.99). Ask your doctor whether that pattern suits you.

The store also sells everyday items you can keep in the cupboard:

  • Nutrition Bar box, €39 (was €43): Nuts & Honey, Coconut Macadamia or Chocolate Chips. The Variety Pack was sold out on October 19. Single bars are €3.99.
  • Fasting Shake, €59: vanilla, 12 sachets per bag.
  • Longevity Spread, €11.90 a jar, or four jars for €39 (listed €49).
  • L-Protein, €69, and the Longevity Protein Bar, €48.90 for 12 × 45 g.
  • ProLon Sport Bottle, €14.90 (was €19.90), offered as a cart add-on.

Paying Less This Season

  1. Subscribe & Save on the 5-Day: €10 off each kit, so the Original menu drops from €179 to €169. The product page says "No Commitments, Cancel Anytime."
  2. Bundles for planners: the Beginner Bundle was €151 (listed €188.90) and the Intermittent Fasting Bundle €284.80 (listed €356).
  3. Combine small items: a Reset plus a bar box comes to €78, below the €149 free-shipping line, so put add-ons in the same order as a 5-Day where possible.
  4. Don't count on a public code: the cart's code box is labelled "HCP CODE (20% Off)," which appears to be for codes issued through medical professionals. We found no public code for general shoppers.

A "Black Friday 2025" collection still exists on the store, but nothing was announced for 2026 when we checked.

When Plans Change

Winter plans shift. ProLon Europe accepts returns of unopened boxes within 14 working days of receipt; you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. If your week falls apart, keep the box sealed and decide quickly. Damaged or incomplete orders are replaced at no cost once the product is returned.

Winter ProLon Questions

Can I start the 5-Day on any day of the week?

The brand doesn't set a start day. It asks you to follow the five days in order without carrying food over, so choose five consecutive days you can keep clear.

Will a box delivered in November keep until January?

Check the dates printed on your box. The labels mostly say "store in a cool, dry place," with the extra notes on olives and supplements above.

Does prolon.eu deliver for Christmas?

It ships with UPS "within a reasonable time," but we didn't find holiday cutoff dates. Order early.

Is the 5-Day a good holiday gift?

We wouldn't treat it as a surprise gift. The brand lists clear exclusions, and the person using it should check with their own doctor first.

The Bottom Line

ProLon's soup-based kits fit naturally into colder months, but the real planning is about the calendar: protect five consecutive days, order well ahead of December's courier rush, and keep boxes sealed until you're sure. If your schedule is packed, the one-day Reset is the smaller step. Check with your doctor first, then compare current prices on our ProLon deals page.
