ProLon Before You Buy 2026: The EU Store's Fine Print, Question by Question

ProLon Before You Buy 2026: The EU Store's Fine Print, Question by Question

Scroll to the very bottom of the ProLon cart and there's a line most people skim past: by clicking checkout, you agree to the Terms and to a start commitment. It's one sentence and a link. Behind that link sits a short list of people who shouldn't use the product at all, and just above it, a promo-code box labelled "HCP CODE (20% Off)" that most shoppers can't use.

That's the spirit of this guide. MollyReviews collected the questions worth answering before you pay on ProLon's European store, prolon.eu: which store to use, what arrives, what the labels say, how subscriptions and returns work and where the fine print bites. Everything comes from the store's own pages in October 2026, and prices are in euros.

Talk to your doctor before ordering. ProLon describes its program as a low-calorie diet. Its start commitment says not to use it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, underweight, or allergic to nuts or other ingredients, and that anyone with a diagnosed disease or on prescriptions for diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular, liver, kidney or other chronic disease should use it only with a medical professional's approval and supervision. It also suggests waiting until any infection symptoms have passed. We describe products and policies only and make no claims about effects on the body.

Am I Shopping on the Right ProLon Store?

Possibly not, and it's the first thing to check. ProLon's international orders page sends shoppers in these countries to their own national stores: the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Romania and Estonia, plus the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Hong Kong.

Prolon.eu is the store for "other European countries." Its list includes Andorra, Armenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, among others. If your country isn't on any list, the brand asks you to email info@prolon.eu. The shipping policy adds that orders with a delivery address outside Europe may be rejected.

What Exactly Arrives at My Door?

The 5-Day

Five small day-boxes, one per day, with a meal card on top. The brand lists soups, plant-based bars, snacks such as olives and kale crackers, herbal teas and supplements. You pick one of six menus when you order: Original, Variety 2, Variety 3, Variety 4, Next Gen or Next Gen Expanded Variety.

The Reset 1-Day Kit

One box, one day. The product page's nutrition section breaks the contents down by portion:

  • Tomato Soup Mix and Butternut Squash Soup Mix, 33 g each
  • L-Bar Nut (46 g) and L-Bar Choco Crisp (23 g)
  • Almonds & Kale Cracker, 33 g
  • Green pitted olives with sea salt, 20 g
  • Caffeine-free herbal teas
  • An algal oil DHA softgel (200 mg DHA) and an NR-3 multivitamin and mineral softgel

The Reset comes in Original, Varieties 2 to 5 and two Next Gen varieties.

What Do the Labels Say About Allergens and Storage?

  • Nuts everywhere. The cracker lists almonds and sesame; the L-Bar Nut lists macadamias, pecans and almonds; the Choco Crisp bar lists almond butter and almonds. Both bars carry a "may contain fragments of nut shells" warning.
  • Olives may contain pits or pit fragments, and should be refrigerated after opening.
  • Supplements should be stored somewhere dry, below 25°C and away from direct sunlight, and kept out of the reach of children.
  • Everything else is labelled "store in a cool, dry place."

The brand labels its 5-Day mostly plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO. If you have any allergy at all, download the nutritional fact sheet from the product page and read every line.

How Do Prices and Subscriptions Work?

ProductOne-timeSubscribe & Save
5-Day: Original, Variety 2, Variety 3€179€169
5-Day: Variety 4€189€179
5-Day: Next Gen€249€239
5-Day: Next Gen Expanded Variety€259€245
Reset: Original and Varieties 2–5€39€39
Reset: Next Gen varieties€44.99€44.99

Two quirks: the subscription box says "Save $20 Per Shipment" in dollars, but the real 5-Day difference is €10 to €14, and the Reset subscription matched the one-time price when we checked. The page promises "No Commitments, Cancel Anytime." Outside the kits, the Fasting Shake was €59 for 12 sachets, L-Protein €69 and the Nutrition Bar €39 a box.

Is There a Discount Code I Can Use?

Probably not a public one. The "HCP CODE (20% Off)" box in the cart is for codes issued by professionals registered with ProLon; the FAQ explains that practitioners who want to recommend the program sign up separately on prolonpro.com. We found no public code on prolon.eu in October 2026, so the real levers are subscriptions, sale prices and bundles such as the Beginner Bundle (€151, listed €188.90).

Shipping and Returns, in Plain English

Is shipping free?Yes, on orders from €149; otherwise shipping and handling fees are added
When will it arrive?Delivery dates are described as good-faith estimates that may change; a Shipment Tracking page shows status
Who carries the risk in transit? The policy says risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier
Can I cancel?Orders cancelled before shipment are fully refunded
Can I return it?Unopened boxes within 14 working days of receipt, for a full refund; you pay return shipping
Damaged or missing items?Replaced at no cost after the product is returned
Are shipping charges refunded?No
How long do refunds take?Returns are processed within 10–14 business days of arrival; contact info@prolon.eu first for instructions

Can I Split the Boxes or Swap Days?

The FAQ says the 5-Day should be followed for five consecutive days, then a transition on day six. Within a day you can eat the items in any order, but the brand asks you not to carry anything over to the next day, and it doesn't recommend rotating boxes or food items between days. It also advises avoiding non-prescribed additions such as extra dietary supplements during the program, and talking to your doctor about any prescribed medication.

Your Pre-Checkout Checklist

  1. Confirm your country belongs on prolon.eu rather than a national store.
  2. Read the start commitment and talk to your doctor.
  3. Check the allergen lists for nuts, sesame and anything else you avoid.
  4. Pick your menu; the Original family is the lower-priced 5-Day line.
  5. Decide between one-time and subscription, and note that the Reset subscription saved nothing when we checked.
  6. Reach €149 if you can, and keep boxes sealed until you're sure.

ProLon EU FAQ

Can I return an opened 5-Day?

No. The refund policy covers unopened boxes within 14 working days, plus replacement of damaged or incomplete orders after the product is returned.

Does prolon.eu ship to the US?

No. The policy says orders with an address outside Europe may be rejected; shoppers elsewhere should look for their own national ProLon store.

How should I store a Reset kit once opened?

Per the labels: keep items in a cool, dry place, refrigerate the olives after opening and keep supplements below 25°C away from sunlight.

Do I need a code to check out?

No. The HCP code field is optional and meant for codes from registered professionals.

Our Verdict

ProLon's European store is clear about what's in each box, but its fine print rewards slow readers: a separate store for many countries, a start commitment with real exclusions, an unopened-only return rule, risk passing to you at the carrier, and a subscription label in the wrong currency. Tick through the checklist, get your doctor's view, and then check our ProLon deals page before you order.
